Islands Fish Grill is a locally owned and family run establishment. Purchased in 2014 by John & Lori Tedesco-Williams, to encourage the career of their son Jared, a 2011 Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park NY Graduate. Islands Fish Grill was an established locally known place for daily fresh locally caught fish, in a family friendly beach environment.
The business was started in early 1998 by Ian Greenwood, a local culinary legend now based in Mexico. He was the original chef/creator of the signature dish – “Onion Crusted Grouper” with caramelized citrus glaze. This dish is still an area staple and long time local favorite.
Here at Islands Fish Grill we pride ourselves on using the finest ingredients along with serving Boat to Fork locally caught fish. How do we accomplish this? It’s simple, Islands Fish Grill holds its State of Florida Wholesale License and Federal South Atlantic Fishery License to ensure we bring in fish directly sourced from our shores and local licensed fishermen.
We are one of the first Boat to Fork, Ocean and Environmentally Friendly Restaurants in Brevard County.
